Cancellation and rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellation may be subject to a fee. Ask the team to confirm any applicable cancellation terms before booking.
Missed appointments
If you miss a confirmed appointment without notice, the salon may request prepayment for future bookings.
Completed treatments
Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. If you have a concern, contact us within 24 hours. Exceptional refund requests are reviewed by management.
Prepaid packages
Unused prepaid sessions may be reviewed for a partial refund within the package validity period, taking into account services already used and any applicable fees. Please confirm package conditions before purchase.
