Appointments are subject to availability. A booking request on WhatsApp or by phone becomes confirmed only after our team communicates the appointment details.
Prices and selected services
Prices are listed in AED and may change. Your total depends on the selected services and extras. Please confirm the current total with our team before your appointment. Removal, design and other additions are priced separately where listed.
First-visit offer and packages
The website advertises 10% off your first visit. Mention the offer when booking and confirm the treatments it applies to. Confirm package inclusions, validity and booking arrangements with the team before purchase.
Before treatment
Please inform the team of allergies, sensitivities, previous reactions or relevant conditions that may affect the treatment. Ask about any preparation or patch test requirements before your visit.
Late arrivals and changes
Late arrival may lead to shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability. For cancellations, please give at least 24 hours notice and review the cancellation policy.
Service concerns
If you have concerns about a completed service, contact the salon within 24 hours so the team can review the issue and discuss support.
